It's been a while.

I JUST finished my first WEEK of school. it was "weak". (pun intended).

It has honestly been an amazing first week.  I realized how many amazing friends I have and I am so thankful.  I honestly feel like i have been blessed. 

First.  I realize how much i miss my family.  I spent the entire summer at home with my parents and brother.  It's weird to be away from them, but in a way I feel closer to them because i have a chance to miss them and appreciate how lucky I am to be a part of such an amazing family.  It is so good to know that i have them behind me.

Second.  My roomies.  ARE. unbelievable.  I'm living in a four bedroom apartment with three amazing girls.  Steph, MEG (there's two of us running around in there ;]) and Amy!  We get along so well and I am so happy living there i can hardly handle it.  We have really goofy personalities and always make the best out of it.  Our code name is SAMM (Steph.Amy.Meg.Mega) . . . im Mega! SIDENOTE: Amy's boyfriend's name is Sam too. We call our apartment the FOURtress.  Because there's four of us. AND on Sundays we meet for "band practice".  Which doesnt really mean we play music. BUT amy and i are learning guitar.  Meg has a keyboard and steph has a-hell-of-a voice! . . . so we actually do play music sometimes. ;).  There are a MILLION things i could talk about them.  So im gonna just wrap it up a little.  One thing that i really love about my roomates is we all have a strong faith.  I can honestly say that i Love them and know that we will always be friends.  actaully. Family. 

Third.  My major.  I LOVE Graphic Design.  I love what i am doing and I am really going to put all i have into my school work this year.  Sometimes (often) I procrastinate (okay, constantly procrastinating).  This year i really want to work on changing that and making sure I am the best i can be.  Design sounds like and easy thing to some people. and in a way it is, BUT i want to be the best.  and it actually does take a lot.  I love it and I am confident that this year I will make a lot of changes in my life and know what I want to do once i graduate.

WELL, on that note.  i have 4 minutes left on my computer battery and i am outside (not plug-ins).  so im gonna end with this.

something i should say. something you could know.

Good morning :) It is time for an introduction.  This is just me.  Add a "G" to that and you get the first three letters of my name.  Reverse those letters and you get the definition ;)

To make things more simple, I will start to STOP speaking in mind boggle-rs.  Starting right NOW.

 My name is Megan, but you can call me meg.  Here are a few things about me.

1.) My family is the most important thing to me.  I have a loving mom and dad, two older sisters, and a younger brother (note: younger, not littler).  I also have many other people in my life that I consider my family but I don't have enough muscles in my fingers to type out all those names.  To me, family is a lot more than blood relations or who shares your genes. 

2.) I am a Graphic Design major at Winona State University in MN.  So far I love it and am finding a lot of new interests.  Photography and film are also my passion.

3.) I'm extremely random. 

4.) I believe in God.

5.) I love the smell of leaves in the fall.  I grew up around horses and i LOVE them.  My dog's name is deizel and I am a little obsessed with him.  I have a minor gap in my teeth.  The background of my blog is a photo of me.  I love Red Bull and i drink a lot of it.  I also love coffee.  My eyes are the color of swamp.  I have a strong heart.  andimnotafraidtoadmitit.  Sometimes I don't use spaces when i type.  I hope that i can use this blog to improve my communication skills.  I like to longboard, snowboard, and wakeboard but i don't like to BE bored.  I like to go barefoot.  I like to create things.  I don't like to bake but i like to build.  I am understanding.  i have freckles.  I love to smile. I love to laugh.  I love to love.

Welcome to my blog kickoff!  What do you do at a blog kickoff?  That's easy.  Whatever you want to do! ;)  Just sit back, relax (or not relax) and get ready (or don't) to experience a meg holschbach creation.

For some honesty,  I am not sure what kind of nonsense will end up on this page but I would like to use this opportunity to fill a tiny section of internet space with some of ME...g.  Some may end up calling it the "megnet", and it may even come to be "megnetic" to your eyes and hearts.  ;)

Alright, now that I have demonstrated how clever I am I will end this blog and get to designing my page.  I have a few "scrubworthy" paragraphs to see how this works and I will be back soon for an introduction!
